How quickly can you pick up my sample?

Same-day pickup is available across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. For other emirates, next-day. Emergency 24/7 pickup is available with a 2-hour response anywhere in the UAE.

What's your typical turnaround time?

Standard testing: 5–7 working days. Express: 2–3 days. Rush (24 h) and same-day options are available with priority booking. Microbiological testing may take longer due to incubation requirements.

Are your reports recognised by UAE authorities?

Yes — we are accredited by ENAS, EIAC and GAC, and approved by Dubai Municipality, ADAFSA and MOIAT. Our ISO/IEC 17025 certificates are accepted by all UAE federal and local regulators.

Can I track my sample online?

Yes. Every sample gets a unique job number and lives in our digital portal — you can see test progress, ETA, signed PDF reports and historic trend data. Just enter your job number above or sign in to the client portal.

Do you do bespoke or non-standard testing?

Yes — our application chemists develop custom panels for unusual matrices, novel products, and uncommon regulatory requirements. Send us a brief and we'll scope a method.
